General: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. MiaoYin Studio is not responsible for the return shipping fees.

Lost Package: It is unlikely this will happen, but MiaoYin Studio will send replacements for small orders. However, we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address. 

Custom or personalized items: Custom orders can't be returned unless we made a mistake. We will prevent this by keeping a good line of communication during the design and production process.

Digital products: All digital downloads are final sale. No returns accepted.
